About extract zip
Open a ZIP archive without installing anything. Convertora reads the archive inside your browser, lists every file it contains — including files inside nested folders — and lets you download them one at a time or all together. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is executed, and files that try to use unsafe paths such as ../ are refused rather than extracted. Folder structure is shown in each file's name so you can tell two files with the same name apart.

Frequently asked questions
- Is my archive uploaded anywhere?
- No. The archive is read entirely inside your browser, so its contents never leave your device.
- What happens with folders inside the archive?
- Files in nested folders are listed too. Each download name keeps its folder context, so two files with the same name in different folders stay separate.
- Can a ZIP file harm my computer here?
- Nothing inside the archive is ever run — files are only read and offered as downloads. Entries with unsafe or absolute paths are refused, and archives that expand to an unreasonable size are stopped.
- Can it open password-protected or RAR archives?
- Not yet. Encrypted ZIP files and other archive formats such as RAR or 7z are not supported.
