Convertora now provides FREE UNLIMITED access to all registered users. No new payment is required. The following applies only to historical purchases.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Convertora Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including for each yearly renewal.

How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase receipt email or contact us through the billing link in your purchase receipt, and we will process your refund through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime through the billing link in your purchase receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Conversion access is now free and unlimited regardless of subscription status.
