Terms of Service

Convertora is provided by MED Q COMPUTER SYSTEMS DESIGN (“we”). When you use Convertora you are contracting with us, and by continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Convertora converts documents and images between formats. A registered account is required. All registered users have FREE UNLIMITED conversions, without payment or daily, monthly or lifetime quotas. Technical limits shown on each tool (file size and page count) still apply.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age or have authority to act for your organisation.

Acceptable use

Do not use Convertora unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits, reverse engineering or reselling the service). You keep the rights to your files and give us only the limited permission needed to process them.

Ownership

We retain all rights in the Convertora software, documentation and branding.

Free access

All existing tools are free. No subscription or payment is required. Historical purchases remain subject to our refund policy.

Service level and liability

We work hard to keep Convertora reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the service is provided without implied warranties to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow such limits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse. Converted files are deleted automatically within the hour.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
